There is a bad jerk from the rear when i release my clutch and the transmission gets power. I’ve cheked the transmission mounts, the driveshaft, u-joints, and searched for anything broken but with no luck.

Check the u-joints again. Even a little bit of play in more than one of them is enough to make this happen. You could have a friend watch from a safe distance to see if anything moves before the vehicle starts rolling. If that didn’t solve the mystery, I’d check the rear differential and make sure everything is still as tight as it should be there. It could be a worn out bearing.
Check your upper and lower control arms, bushings as well as the welds where they attach to the frame and axles.
